FULL RETURN POLICY

What is an acceptable return/exchange?

If the product is not in "acceptable condition," there is a minimum 30% restocking fee for items returned within 30 days. If there is evidence of major physical damage or water damage we will refuse the refund.

We do not accept returns on Clearance or Refurbished items.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost to ship the item back to us shall be paid by the customer.

We cannot issue you a refund before we have received the item back.

"Acceptable Condition" What is it?

The following items must be true to return a product and receive a full refund.

All items must be undamaged and in their original cartons and packaging along with all accessories, documentation, and parts.

No wires or pigtails can be cut.

No water Damage

The product exterior must be intact and unmarked.

The original product box must be shipped in another "shipping" box (just like the way we shipped it to you).

No postmarks, labels, writing, or other damage can be on original product boxes.

Product is returned with the correct RMA#.

Please allow up to 7 business days for testing and confirmation before a refund can be issued.

Advanced Return Policy

Advanced returns are for defective, DOA, or other warranty replacements

Advanced Returns require a valid and active credit card on file.

Defective Equipment is expected to be returned within 30 days of the original RMA being issued

If the item is not received within 30 days, the credit card on file will be charged.

If for any reason you are unable to return the equipment within 30 days please notify us by 855-272-668.

Products not returned within 30 days may result in the loss of support and/or warranty until the product is returned.

If the item is found to have physical abuse, neglect, or other related issues not covered by the warranty, you may be charged for the replacement that was sent out with the credit card on file.
