How to enable Video Loss Alerts on your Arcdyn NVR

In this guide we will show you how to enable alert events for video loss. This event will trigger whenever a camera disconnects from the NVR. You can then have the NVR alert you in a number of ways including push notifications to the Guarding Vision App, Email notifications, and audible alerts.

1. On the main screen of your NVR Right click (login if prompted), then select Menu > Camera > Video Loss
2. Select the camera you wish to enable video loss alerts for.
3. Check the enable Box, then hit save.
4. Click the gear wheel icon for advanced settings, such as app notifications (check 'notify surveillance center' under linkage action), audible alerts, and emails.
